Yoga Nidra: The Art of Conscious Relaxation

Yoga Nidra is a guided practice done lying down, gently leading you through body and breath into a state of deep relaxation — somewhere between waking and sleep. In this state, the nervous system can truly rest and reset.

Practiced regularly, Yoga Nidra can help:

  • Reduce stress and anxiety

  • Improve sleep quality

  • Ease physical and mental tension

  • Support emotional healing

In this state of awareness, you become master of your own consciousness — able to move beyond the limitations of karma (past actions) and samskaras (ingrained tendencies). In essence, in Yoga Nidra you are free to create the life your soul intends.

This Session

This 45-minute Yoga Nidra practice is an awakening journey through the body — a guided return to your true spirit, and a reminder that peace isn't something to chase. It's already all around you, and already within you.

As you rest, you'll be guided through layers of stillness, allowing your own spirit to find its pathway home.

Following the practice, we'll sit together for 15 minutes to reflect on your experience — a ritual of integration, giving space for whatever arose to be witnessed and understood.

Session length: 45-minute practice + 15-minute reflection (approximately 60 minutes total)

Investment: $75

Certification: Yoga Nidra Certification, Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in collaboration with Dr. Marc Halpern (2017)
