Yoga nidra is a conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation with the ultimate goal of increasing self-awareness. Felicia incorporates her own indigenous teachings into her yoga nidra sessions, offering you a truly unique healing experience.
Aside from being deeply relaxing, restorative and restful, scientific studies have shown that a 45 minute yoga nidra session is equivalent to 3 hours of sleep.

During a yoga nidra practice, participants are generally lying down comfortably using bolsters, pillows, blankets, and sometimes eye pillows.
Once you are in a comfortable position, Felicia takes you through a visual journey into the state of conscious deep sleep - the state between being awake and being asleep. After your 45 minute journey into self-awareness, Felicia allows you to take your time to come back to your physical state, to then sit and discuss your experience if needed or desired.
